PATTERNS DIVISION:
R.E.M. produces foundry and bodywork patterns since 1973.
We produce polystyrene patterns with self-certification for:
- moulds casting for moulding and sheet metal processing
- drawing analysis and sheet metal forming cycles
- production of patterns for demonstrative and industrial master and stylistic design
- wood, resin patterns for beating; prototypes for sheet metal pre-series moulds
- assembly and test patterns
- foundry patterns for cast iron and other metals’ castings
- manufacturing of patterns of every size, made of polystyrene, polyurethane, wood and resins for the nautical sector, aeronautics and automotive industry.

PROTOTYPES DIVISION:
We produce prototypes made of polystyrene, polyurethane, wood, resins, stereo lithography, sintering, RIM, rubber and sheet metal for the following sectors:
- nautical
- aeronautical
- automotive
- furniture
- design
- style connected to fair events
We also deal with design products providing a substantial technical support to the creator of a new product. Our mixture of imagination and artisan cleverness has frequently achieved amazing products exhibited in Italy and abroad.

MOULDS DIVISION:
R.E.M. deals with all kind of light alloy moulds, either obtained by casting (rotational and thermoforming) or by chips removal.
Starting from the mathematical drawing and going through the various stages, R.E.M. delivers the ultimate finished mould.
From a primitive idea, R.E.M. can develop a mathematical model, when missing.
Into details, we design and produce moulds for:

- foaming
- fibreglass
- sheet metal
- injection
- blow moulding
made of resin, light alloy and obtained by chips removal or CNC casting. These kinds of moulds are employed in the following sectors:

Thanks to our engineering office we can deliver the finished mould starting from a primitive idea or from a mathematical model using CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery.

SHEET METAL MOULD DIVISION AND PLASTICS:
In this area R.E.M. produces master patterns, big polystyrene patterns for sheet metal working moulds and varied equipment.
The realization of testing gauges is unceasingly monitored since the planning stage until the final inspection.

MECHANICAL DIVISION:
This area deals with:
- the supply of small ranges of mechanical manufactured parts obtained by casting or from block
- designing and production of gauges and aluminium or resin control instruments for sheet metal, plastic or rubber parts
- realization and test certification in compliance with the Italian and foreign car manufacturers’ standards
- designing and production of welding tools for sheet metal components assembly (automotive industry)
- designing and production of aluminium and resin cutting tools based on cast iron or structural steelwork (automotive industry)
- designing and production of trimming and drilling tools to complement plastic parts (automotive, electric appliances, food, technical items)
- designing and production of cooling jigs for plastic parts (automotive industry)

QUALITY CONTROL AND TEST: manufacture department, assembly bay and department of equipment’ finishing can rely on a special area provided with measuring machines for size control in order to guarantee with a self-certification products that totally meet customers’ requirements.
